- 02We talkA short discovery conversation, and a demonstration on fictional data matched to your process.
- 03The founder approvesPilots are limited in number. Each one is approved by the founder against readiness, fit and our capacity to support it well.
- 04Scope, terms and data firstA defined scope, an agreed duration, agreed success criteria, written pilot terms and an appropriate data-processing agreement — all before any of your data is used.
- 05Run and measureA bounded pilot on the agreed processes, with a review against the criteria you set. We tell you what did not work.
